In the last three years of training clients, About 90 percent of my first-time clients suffer some wrist pain. That is because 90 percent of my clients all work in their chairs on their computers. Having sore wrist have increased throughout the world since computer use has increased.
The pain can be mild, or it can be harrowing and severe, and you might have a disorder called Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Carpal tunnel syndrome occurs when the median nerve on the side of the wrist is under pressure. This results in pain, tingling, or numbness. Without proper treatment, such as frequent breaks, stretching and exercise, changing your posture, and using a wrist brace, ergonomic mouse, and keyboard! Your wrist pain will get worst.
