I was inspired to start StayFitByT after watching my family members struggle with chronic illnesses, such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and more. Seeing the toll it took on their lives, I was determined to make a change and become an example for the rest of my family. 

Through hard work and dedication, I became a fitness expert, helping others transform their lives and achieve their health and wellness goals. I take a holistic approach in my personal training, using a synergy of physical fitness, diet, and lifestyle changes to transform my clients lives.
